Norman Wallace, a prince in whom we had so much love, pride and hope, was taken from us on May 9th, 2003. He was killed in a senseless act of violence as the only victim of a hostage situation at the Peter B. Lewis building. While the memory may fade for some, MMBASA members will not forget Norman or the plans he had for the future of the organization. The 2006-2007 officers will make this year significant, to capture Norman's spirit and carry out the objectives he planned to fulfill during his presidency. For those who did not know Norman, we share the stories about the man whom we miss in ways that it's difficult for words to convey.
MMBASA was formerly BMBASA, in staying true to his memory we did not change the name for the stories shared in honor of his legacy.
