Case Interviewing Skills
The consulting club proposes to conduct a couple of Case
Interview Preparation Camps for first and second year
students. These camps would be conducted with the help of
Consultants from the industry and specialized trainers. The
focus of these camps would be on imparting the all important
case interview skills and opportunities to practice and fine
tune these skills.
Case Interview Practice Sessions
The consulting club is conducting weekly Case Interview
practice sessions for first and second year students.
Consulting Club will be partnering with the Career and
Student Life Center to coordinate this program for students.
The focus of these camps would be on facilitating students
to schedule regular sessions for case interview practice.
Ideas for next semester are to not only continue these practice
sessions, but to have the result of the preparation culminate
in mock interviews with alumni working at consulting companies.
These practice sessions will be held every Friday from 1:15p.m.
to 3:15 p.m. Exceptions will be declared holidays and days when
other programs are to be held. We need the support of all
students so that everyone benefits from this.
Functional Area Review Sessions
Special review sessions from best faculty on functional
areas would be conducted to assist in interview preparation.
Often students forget aspects of the core courses which are
tested extensively during case and general interviews. Focus
would be in the areas of Strategy, Economics, Finance and
Marketing.
